Terms & Conditions of Voice Telephony Lifeline

Pursuant to Compliance with Rule 54.422(a)(2) RTC’s Voice Telephony Lifeline service rates and packages are detailed below and are the same packages and rates offered to non-Lifeline customers before the Lifeline discount is applied:

Residential local rate: $9.00 + applicable taxes and Fees

Lifeline Residential rate: $4.25 + applicable taxes ($9.00 less $4.25)

Includes: Unlimited local and domestic long distance, Caller ID, Call Waiting, Voicemail and Call Forwarding. There are no toll charges.
